Mrs. Jiha Park is a founding partner of GV IP Law Firm. She graduated from Korea University majoring in Life Sciences and Biotechnology. Mrs. Park focuses her practice on both patent and trademark matters. She has prosecuted numerous patents in the biological and chemical fields and also was the head of the trademark and design patent practice at her former firm. Mrs. Park has focused her career helping multinationals. She has worked with clients from all over the world, including the United States, Europe, China, and Japan, providing them with comprehensive and effective strategies for the protection of trademarks, design patents and copyrights. Mrs. Park provides full and complete advice based on her extensive experience, including with trademark prosecutions, oppositions, non-use cancellation trials, invalidation trials, trademark litigation, design patent litigation, unfair competition disputes, copyright disputes, domain name disputes, Customs actions, licensing work, and drafting of settlement agreements.
